Veterinary Practice Bill 20xx Draft - Public Review  

The Council, after reviewing the constructive comments and suggestions to the Veterinary Surgeons (Amendment) Bill 201x - for reasons of clarity and flow, has rewritten the bill in its new form entitled the ‘Vet Practice Bill -Draft 201x’.

There are 2 methods in order to be able to participate in this public review :

2. By downloading this table document and the Drafted bill, and emailing
   the finished survey to survey@mvc.gov.my.
   
   This public review is open to MALAYSIAN CITIZENS only.

The latest Ministerial Directive on the Veterinary Surgeons (Companion Animal Premise and Practice) has been issued on the 2nd of September 2015.

ENQUIRIES ON ANNUAL PRACTICING CERTIFICATE (APC) RENEWAL STATUS FOR YEAR 2017  

For enquiries regarding the status of the renewal of your APC , please kindly email the following details to apc_enquiry@mvc.gov.my:

Please make sure that you have already submitted the following documents :
- APC renewal form,
- CPD points accumulation form,
- CPD programme certificate/proof of attendance,
- Proof of payment (if done via online banking or physical banking-in - please attach photographic proof)

and payment by cheques is addressed to Malaysian Veterinary Council or Majlis Veterinar Malaysia (CIMB Account No. : 1601 0000 299 102 or 8600 302 922).

Late submissions after 1st December 2016 will be charged a penalty of RM25.00 .
